We are looking for a passionate Buyers Assistant who will be required to support the Buying department. As a Buyers Assistant, your responsibilities will include general administration i.e capturing buying related data on the buying system. You will also be required to maintain positive supplier relationships by handling all related queries with the various suppliers.
Job Objectives
- Filing
- Data capturing
- Request supplier and store performance reports from systems

- Resolve store queries (via e-mail and telephonic)
- Secretarial/Admin support to Buyers
Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Office Management or similar - advantageous
Experience
- Office administration or data capturing
- Customer service
- Previous experience as a Buyers Assistant - advantageous
