In Commercial Banking we look to assist clients in executing their growth strategy through geographic and product diversification, by focusing on solutions to clients’ needs. The client base is made up of companies within Personal and Business Banking that have a turnover of between ZAR300m – ZAR1.3bn. The Natural Resources sector, our focus is mainly on the Mining and Energy sectors, including Renewable Energy as a subset of the Energy sector.

These sectors are acknowledged to be growth sectors within the South African Economy.

Agribusiness is accountable for the strategy that speaks to the Bank’s offering to new and existing customers within the Agricultural sector.

During this programme you will have exposure to valuation training and agribusiness deal making, advisor skills and training on how to conduct research. Compiling financial reports and providing analysis and reporting on the Natural Resources impact in the sectors we support are also part of the learning.

Requirements to qualify

Previous work experience: Maximum one-year post qualification

Minimum Qualification Level: Honours

Qualification: : BSc or BCom in:

• Mining
• Engineering
• Agriculture Science

Citizenship: South African

Programme Duration: 18 months, you are hired in a permanent capacity
