Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements


The above position has become available for our Port Elizabeth Depot to ensure all orders are processed promptly and efficiently as per Customer’s requirements.

Job Functions: Administration,Call Centre,Data Capturing

Specification

  • Handle all call in, walk in Customer’s ,Queries and sales) telephonically.
  • Handle switchboard

  • Pod’s queries ask by head office.
  • Pod’s scan and linked to POD system
  • Sign off all Route Sheet with Pod’s received from driver’s daily , Route Sheet must be captured on system.
  • Provide customers with product and service information and prices.
  • Assist all call in customers, Process orders, and order in stock if no sufficient stock.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Providing necessary feedback to Sales Representatives/ Customers
  • Motivate innovative methods that ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest level with Supervisor and implement accordingly.
  • Assist with any tasks instructed by Depot Supervisor.
  • Receiving COD’s get banking ready for admin Clerk to do banking
  • Posting credit notes to Customers.

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 2 years' relevant experience.
  • Good communication skills
