- Handle all call in, walk in Customer’s ,Queries and sales) telephonically.

- Pod’s queries ask by head office.
- Pod’s scan and linked to POD system
- Sign off all Route Sheet with Pod’s received from driver’s daily , Route Sheet must be captured on system.
- Provide customers with product and service information and prices.
- Assist all call in customers, Process orders, and order in stock if no sufficient stock.
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Providing necessary feedback to Sales Representatives/ Customers
- Motivate innovative methods that ensure customer satisfaction is at the highest level with Supervisor and implement accordingly.
- Assist with any tasks instructed by Depot Supervisor.
- Receiving COD’s get banking ready for admin Clerk to do banking
- Posting credit notes to Customers.

Requirements
- Matric
- 2 years' relevant experience.
- Good communication skills
