We, UPM are looking for a Terminal Administrator to join our UPM Raflatac South Africa Team in Johannesburg Terminal Germiston.

What you’ll do
- Perform all duties in compliance with the OHS Act and regulations as well as all company policies, procedures and standards.
- To source suppliers that meet UPM’s requirements to provide goods and services to the terminals from local and international vendors.
- Create service agreements with suppliers.
- Create Purchase Orders
- Creating frame and miscellaneous orders Finance, IT and HR.
- Verifying of administration related invoices
- Create manual payments weekly, statutory, and non-standard payments.
- Prepare and load foreign payments.
- Checking and approving weekly payment proposals.
- Assist with queries from suppliers and PI and intervene when situation is unresolved.
- Reporting of fixed and variable costs monthly and as required.
- Assist with budgets where necessary.
- Submit and load Provision and final Tax payment.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.
- Collate and submit monthly payroll information for processing such as overtime.

Who you are
- You are analytical and Interpretative skills
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have ability to plan well and work under minimum supervision
- You have knowledge of applicable accounting practices, standards and procedures
- You have problem solving skills
- You have ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- You have availability to work extended hours when required.
- You have excellent Windows, Excel and Word processing skills.
- You have minimum 5 years’ experience within a similar role, 3-year qualification in Business Administration /Engineering/Operations/ Production.
- You have own transport essential.
- You have a degree in relevant area.
