The Quality Controller at Servest must have experience and be willing to learn new things with good understanding of the facilities management environment
Duties & Responsibilities
- Standard of housekeeping in the facility & staff adherence to PPE Quality of machinery & equipment
- Adherence to machinery & equipment SLA as per manufacturing manual Health & Safety compliance
- Auditing of work orders, work-in-progress & complete
- Drive internal auditing & preparation of external audits ISO standards maintained
- Each site inspection visit is unannounced in order to gain a true reflection of cleaning quality standards on site
- Report problems or concerns to senior management immediately

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12, NQF level 4 Equivalent.
- Higher Certificate in Total Quality Management (or Equivalent) 3 years’ experience in operations or contract management
- Strong Microsoft skills must be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with both customers and all levels of staff
- Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail
