A job opportunity exists at Bigen Africa for the right candidate in Kimberley as Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Reception duties:
- Carry out general reception and telephonic duties aligned with the professional image of the company
- Required to familiarize himself/ herself with company service offering and capabilities
- Screen calls, oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail as well as corporate emails
- Manage boardroom and video conference unit booking schedule on Outlook

Administrative duties:
- Assist with admin tasks and general administration
- Assist with ordering office supplies; stationery, groceries, courier services
- Housekeeping duties; general facilities and maintenance
- Efficient assistance with tender procedures and tender compilation.
Qualifications and experience
- Matric
- A relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 4) will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 4 years reception and administrative experience
- Candidate must be well-organised, friendly, polite and efficient
- Self-motivated, self-starter and comfortable to perform team work
- Good communication skills
