Responsibilities include:
- Carry out a range of assigned clerical support tasks, ensuring that the work is completed accurately and adheres to specified policies, processes and procedures
- Raise routine correspondence where appropriate
- Filing of all correspondence
- Preparing files for archiving and carrying out basic data entry
- You’ll respond to inbound telephone queries in a friendly, professional manner and answer any queries that callers may have.
- Organise the post, ensure that the office is well-stocked and distribute information to colleagues.

Essential Skills Required :
- Senior Certificate /Grade 12
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable carrying out a range of clerical support tasks
- Meticulous and systematic Filing skills
- Experience in typing and data entry (50 plus words per minute)
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills and a superb eye for detail.
- Highly motivated and proactive, you must also have a strong work ethic
- You'll need to be able to work well under minimum supervision, using initiative and judgment
- Functional knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional attitude with the ability to multi-task
