Junior Business Analyst -mrpIT at Mr Price Group

We’re looking for a passionate, Junior BA to join our mrpIT family!

This PMO BA team consists of an amazing group of individuals that come with a wealth of experience. This role will help define and deliver a series of diverse key small projects.

They are focused on engaging with stakeholders to establish project scope and provide insights in regard aligning to the viability, ROI and best process for new projects within the IT department.

For this role we’re looking for:

• Degree in IT or B.com in a mathematics/statistics field.
• 1 - 3 Years in a business analyst role
• Microsoft Suite
• Process Modelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication Skills
• Analytical Skills
• Facilitation Skills
• Preferable retail understanding & enterprise systems experience

  A day in your life:

• Working with a fellow Business Analyst, you’d engage with stakeholders and run requirement analysis workshops to establish and design the project scope in line with established guidelines practises and deliver fit for purpose documentation requirements.
• Under direct supervision, analyse project scope to provide insights on the viability of the project (business case), the expected ROI, requirements of the project and areas of improvement and optimization.
• Maintain requirements throughout the lifecycle of a project, with support from others and evaluate the potential impact of any proposed changes to requirements/designs with.
• Work with testing and the various IT departments during the project execution to ensure requirements are delivered
