mrpIT is our very own in-house specialist division. We are responsible for the architecture, development, maintenance, security and availability of the Mr Price Group's systems environment.

Reporting to our People Director, your purpose is to support our associates and business with talent optimisation initiatives which deliver highly engaged and top-performing talent.
- Actively participate and contribute in the development of divisional HR strategy and agenda.

- Partner with the business and manage the end to end Talent Management process; from recruitment, performance management to succession planning.
- Effectively drive the execution and sustainability of change management programmes within the division.
- Ensure that the division workforce planning and organisational design supports the business strategy.
- Manage the employment equity process and plans in line with the requirements of the Employment Equity Act.
- Facilitate and or lead HR related projects, initiatives and programmes and ensure they deliver on business strategy.
- Oversee the HR Administration process in accordance with people policies.
- Oversee the training needs analysis process for the division and ensure that they are in line with division and people agenda.
- Monitor the training and development budget for the division in partnership with the finance department.
- Coach, advise and support business leaders on how to effectively manage their teams through the deployment of right people practices supported by company policies.
- Through the effective use of HR analytics provide insights on staffing needs, workforce productivity and optimisation, training and recruitment successes
- Ensure company policies and labour regulations are followed by employees and leadership teams.
- Effectively manage ER matters to minimise risk to the business

What are our key minimum requirements for this role?
- A completed HR-related degree or diploma
- 5-7 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience with at least 2 years in a Management level
- HR Business Partnering experience within an IT environment would be highly advantageous for this role
- We are looking for a seasoned HRBP however Talent Management, Employee Relations and Change Management knowledge at an advanced level and practical experience with these aspects are essential
