Do you have a passion for real estate? In this fast paced and progressive environment, we are looking for the next key strategic role player within the Group real estate team based in Durban at our head office reporting directly to our Group Real Estate Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Contribute to the development of the divisional strategy & develop the tactical approach/ innovation required to achieve divisional KPI’s.
- Monitoring and tracking workload and assign priorities to ensure that team KPI’s are met.
- Apply a transformational approach to develop and enhance new and existing processes relating to all aspects of the real estate portfolio.
- Act as a real estate representative for group projects requiring real estate inputs.
- Providing reports, feedback & updates to management.

Key Requirements: -
- 10 years retail experience
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Critical thinker with strong commercial acumen
- Strongly process driven
- Must be personable and tenacious
- Proven track record of effective staff management
