Fidelity Services Group seeks to employ Control Room Operator
Key Performance Areas: (Not totally inclusive)
- Informing duty managers of incidents as and when required
- Able to record all incidents in a Occurrence Book (OB) as well as in a Electronic OB
- Receiving complaints and informing management accordingly
- Able to exercise and maintain discipline
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Monitor the CCTV at all times

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Grade A PSIRA registered and accredited, with traceable references
- A minimum of two years’ experience in the security industry Control room
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Must be able to work shifts and extended hours if necessary
- Strong organizational skills, as well as good interpersonal communication and liaison skills are essential
- Well groomed appearance
- Of sober habits
- Computer Literacy in MS Office
