Key roles and responsibilities:
Content Creation and Publishing
- Publish posts across multiple social media platforms, ensuring content is creative, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce visually appealing and shareable content.
- Create, curate, and edit video content for social platforms using tools such as CapCut and Splice.
- Capture and edit interviews and behind-the-scenes footage to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Social Media Strategy and Execution
- Implement and manage a results-driven social media strategy that supports business objectives.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to social media that enhance audience engagement and brand positioning.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and cross-channel strategies.
- Maintain a cohesive and distinct brand voice across all social media channels
- Influencer and Community Engagement

Influencer and Community Engagement
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns to engage the target audience
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Attend business events, interact with attendees, and produce live social media content in real time.
Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Monitor social media analytics and generate reports on key metrics to assess campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Employee Engagement and Brand Promotions
- Develop ideas for engaging prospective employees through promotions, competitions, and interactive content.
Additional Support
- Perform additional duties as required to support the team and broader marketing initiatives.

Experience:
- Experience with paid media campaigns
- At least 2 years’ experience in social media coordination and content creation
- A proven track record in influencer marketing.
- Experience creating and editing video content using platforms like CapCut, Splice, etc.
- A love for attending events and capturing exciting, real-time content.
- Confidence in approaching people and creating engaging content on the fly.
