We are recruiting an Industrial Engineering Intern who will train in the following aspects during the internship:
- Good manufacturing practices training and orientation
- Process familiarization
- Standardization of Change over time using SMED
- Visual Performance management and 5S best practise
- Time studies
- Machine capability studies
- OEE calculation and reporting
- Material Usage Variance Study
- Data analysis using Pareto principle
- Exposed to Fishborne problem-solving tool
- Staticalical Analysis and Plotting of P’ Charts
- Normal distribution curves and Central limit theorem
- Lean manufacturing practices
- Introduction to statistics using Microsoft Excel and Minitab
- Method studies of collecting Data.

Requirements:
- Industrial Engineering Graduate
- Microsoft Office Experience(Microsoft Excel Intermediate/Advanced level)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
