We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Support Assistant to join our dynamic AMEI communications team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in communications, event support, and digital media. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our employer branding and supporting various internal and external communication initiatives.

Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including the design of invitations and managing follow-up communications.

Digital Communication: Write and curate engaging external social media posts for AMEI events to enhance employer branding, as well as contribute to internal communication platforms.

Media Creation: Develop communication materials such as presentations, posters, and banners to support various initiatives.

Platform Updates: Work on updating and maintaining digital communication platforms, including the intranet, website, and other relevant spaces.

Campaign and Project Support: Collaborate with the communications team on various campaigns and projects as assigned, providing necessary support and input

Educational requirements

Experience
