YouTube specialists, Special Effects Media South Africa are looking to hire an experienced (three to five years minimum) account/project manager to assist them in better managing their video productions, YouTube consulting and retainer services and influencer marketing campaigns as they work towards scaling their digital video business in South Africa.
This person would be responsible for:
- Costing various projects efficiently
- Managing internal processes and pipelines - ensuring timeous deliveries
- Managing bookings and schedules of Video Productions and Campaigns
- Managing client reverts
- Reporting on efficiencies or inefficiencies in departments or projects
- Keeping all project Trello boards up to date
- Managing internal projects and activations
- Traffic controlling all services and projects - managing team members responsible for various tasks
- Building workflow systems to improve inefficiencies

As the digital marketing landscape is fast-paced, this individual would need to be able to:

Requirements
- At least three years of experience specifically in project management and production management
- A hard-working attitude that goes the extra mile
- Competencies in Google Products and managing schedules
- Experience in using Trello as a project management tool
- Presentable and a people's person
- Great communication skills orally and in writing
- Great with people as people management will be a key role
- Experience with client management
Added benefit would be someone who has experience in both video production as a production manager and in digital media as an account manager (either in a creative agency or otherwise). If you have other skills like design or social media etc please mention these and your proficiencies in the cover letter.
