Description
- General maintenance of various Hotel, Golf and Spa buildings/sites
- To carry out repairs as directed.
- To keep all Plant Rooms, work areas, and Engineering offices tidy and clean.
- Responds quickly to guest complaints ensuring courteous, professional service at all times.
- To complete the personal daily job record, time book accurately and keep ready for inspection.
Knowledge of:
- 5+ years of general plumbing experience
- General Hotel room maintenance
- Sewer Reticulation
- Installation/replacement of piping systems
- Repair of fire hose and sprinkler line.
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas and protect surroundings when executing jobs.

Assist with and perform:
- Other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- To respond to changes in the Engineering/Maintenance function as dictated by the industry, company or the Hotel.
