Cure Day Hospitals is a dynamic and energetic company that is expanding rapidly with Thirteen (13) operational hospitals. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic ENROLLED NURSE /ENROLLED NURSING ASSISTANT- WARD to join our team in MONTANA, PRETORIA.
KEY OUTPUTS
- Delivers basic quality patient care and adheres to Patient’s Rights at all times.
- Prevents and reports Medico-legal risks.
- Control of stock and equipment.
- Record keeping complies with Cure Day Clinics’ standards and legal requirements.
- Identifies and addresses continuous professional development (CPD) needs.
- Ensures a therapeutic and safe patient environment by maintaining health and safety standards, and complies with infection prevention protocol.
- Maintain Nursing Quality Standards.
- Perform duties promptly within deadlines, and prioritization of tasks.
- Give attentiveness to tasks including cost-saving measures, and elimination of medico-legal risks.
- Knowledge of the work including principles, techniques and etc.
- Personal drive and ability to persevere to achieve goals.
- Performance under pressure and maintain control.
- Work in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Maintaining and promoting positive interpersonal relationships.
- Analyse work and plan accordingly.
- Organisational skills including completing tasks in a systematic and organised manner.

REQUIREMENTS
- Current registration with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse / Enrolled Nursing Assistant.
- Prior experience as EN/ENA Ward.
- Willingness to work shifts in accordance with the requirements of the unit.
- Ability to identify, prevent and report medico-legal risks and adverse events within the unit.
- Basic knowledge of stock control principles.
- Sound knowledge of nursing activities and procedures as per Scope of Practice.
- Display a team approach by participating actively and cooperatively with team members.
- Maintains respectful work relationships and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Displays a concern for excellence in achieving results.
- Demonstrates good judgement and decision-making skills.
- Maintains a customer-focused mindset that acknowledges the value of the customer.
- Exhibits full responsibility for own work outputs.
