Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements

Requirements:

Operational requirements

  • Provide monthly and adhoc campaigning lists.
  • Data preparation, cleaning, loading and managing data lists
  • Quality assurance and data validation of campaigns lists
  • Assist with weekly reporting for status meetings.
  • Support the overall Data strategy for the business by assisting with key deliverables within agreed timeframes.
  • Adhere to all organization policies and procedures.

Analysis and Visualization

  • Interpret data, analyse results using analytical techniques and provide reports and/or dashboards.
  • Creating visual representations of data, such as charts and dashboards, to communicate findings effectively.
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets.
  • Use data to answer key questions about the business.

Qualification and Experience

  • Certification in Data
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL
  • Practical experience in analysis and analytics
  • Experience working with campaign tools
  • Experience and understanding of using a reporting tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc). 
  • 1 - 2 years of experience within a data or analytics role

  • Ability to use data to create reports that help teams with business decisions. 
  • Ability to use business intelligence (BI) tools and software to create reports and data visualizations that communicate data in an understandable way
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of or experience working with Cloud services
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working in an agile environment
