Job Description
To provide expertise, advise and deliver process and data design specifications by engaging with the required stakeholders to develop sustainable, innovative, flexible and efficient process and data modelling solutions for enhanced business service delivery
Below are the roles and responsibilities
- Identifying and designing business processes for automation
- Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure business processes function optimally without risk of error.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA tools such as BluePrism, UI Automation, UiPath, and Python.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects in automated processes. Ensure the output data is accurate.
- Ensure system documentation is in place.
- Build dashboard reports on Power BI or reporting services for visibility.
