Customer service representative responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing warranties, repairs, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback to clients, colleagues, and management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Working closely with our business partners.
Customer service representative requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Ability to stay calm and work under pressure
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, email, communication platforms, Pastel Sage
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizations skills
- Experience working with customer support
NB
- Five monthonth contract period only
- Twwo week shut down in Dec/Jan that will not form part of the salary offer, ie Salary will be paid pro-rata for this period
- Start date is ASAP
