Duties
- Resolving and responding to customers complaints professionally on various social platforms (via phone, e-mail and social media) within the required time limits - follow up to ensure resolution
- Resolve service problems by assessing and identifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution
- Activating customer accounts
- Assisting branch managers and customers telephonically with queries/complaints
- Maintain customer adjustments for deposits and withdrawals
- Compiling basic admin reports by collecting and analysing customer information
- Recommend potential products or services to management based on the above reports
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage customers
- Inform customers of deals and promotions
- Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Required
- Social media experience
- Knowledge of Playa’s policies and procedures
- PC experience (Outlook and Excel)
- Able to remain calm in busy and occasionally difficult situations
- Able to multi-task to ensure all duties are completed by shift end
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Able to give world-class customer care service to all clients
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
