Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our PAC Department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience for an Internal Communications Coordinator based in Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the corporate Communications and Reputation Manager
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Key Outputs and Accountabilities
Provide an assistant function to the corporate communications manager and the internal communications team to be able to deliver on the internal communications requirements of the business:
- Coordinate agency, printers and other suppliers' deadlines for the specific project being coordinated
- Help with gathering stories and other collateral including photographs within the organisation for the production of specific newsletters
- Put together various reports and status on projects being worked on (e.g. digital migration of news boards pilot)
- Understand the Company’s corporate identity guidelines very well and be able to advise agencies and suppliers
- Intranet administration
- Be responsible for at least one publication/newsletter (Insider) to be able to develop writing and editing skills
- Support internal communications specialists to perform regular surveys with employees around communication efficiency and impact
- Facilitate ABI Linbro Park’s internal communication requirements

Skills, Experience & Education
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in communications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in communications.
- Experience in a Corporate Affairs department will be an added advantage
Competencies
- Good writing and language skills
- Be comfortable taking instructions from various people in the team
- A successful traffic coordinator thrive under pressure and deadlines
- Multi-tasking must come naturally
- Organised
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of customer service
- Good communication skills at all levels within and outside the organisation
