The Furniture Division of the Shoprite Group, Africa's largest retailer, currently has an exciting opportunity available to join our Furniture Online team. This opportunity will have you operating in a fast-paced furniture retail environment. If you have a good administrative background and great Excel skills, then this is the role for you.
Job Objectives
- Effectively process Online Orders, Lay By's and Credit Applications
- Operate in a Call Centre environment to liaise with customers regarding their Online Order or Credit Application
- Communicating with customers, stores, DCs and Courier Companies to ensure every customer is assisted
- Liaising with stores, DCs, Buyers and Suppliers for orders, booking dates, stock availability, service calls
- Filing and General administration
- Must be willing to work shifts and excess hours due to our extended trading hours
- Must be willing to perform evening and/or night work
- Must be able to work on weekends including Sundays and Public Holidays

Qualifications
- Grade 12 is essential
Experience
- Retail or Online experience will be advantage
Knowledge and Skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)
- Communication skills – both written and spoken
- Phone etiquette
- Understanding of an Online Shopping (E-Commerce) environment
