SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) is the leading independent provider of accredited Psychology, Counselling, Human Resource Management, Business Management and Social Work qualifications, with all courses grounded in psychology. We have campuses in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Online.

SACAP is looking for a temporary Front Desk Receptionist for the Johannesburg campus.

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for portraying a professional image either by phone or in person with students, clients, suppliers, staff, educators, and all other stakeholders. This position is critical to the college and the fulfilment of the duties and responsibilities contribute to its overall success.

The role reports directly to the Operations Manager and works closely with all other campus staff. In addition to this, the role embodies the vision, mission, and purpose of the college.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Matric with a minimum of 3 years experience within a medium-sized enterprise in Reception and/or Customer Service.
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite)

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent language skills
  • Computer literate
  • Time management
  • Organized/structured.
  • Methodical
  • Versed on ALL SACAP Programmes available
