Mediclinic Southern Africa operates a range of multidisciplinary acute care private hospitals in South Africa and Namibia and focuses on providing value to our patients through safe, quality care in a patient-friendly environment.

Besides a pleasant working environment, employees’ contributions are rewarded with a market-related remuneration package, which includes subsidised medical aid and retirement fund, generous leave benefits and a 13th cheque, where applicable.
We also offer a special bonus scheme for nurses. According to the scheme, a special bonus (14th cheque) is reserved annually for each eligible nurse after 12 months of uninterrupted service. Reserved amounts are paid out annually according to a predetermined formula, from the second year up to and including the tenth year.
We offer an Employee Assistance programme, Wake, that forms part of the Mediclinic Corporate Health programme that provides the following health services to employees: a primary care service, an occupational health service, disability management, chronic disease management and an HIV/Aids programme.
