Rand Water is looking for a candidate to assist Artisan in keeping Rand Water vehicles, plant and equipment operational at all times.

Primary Duties

  • Assist in repairing and maintaining mechanical systems and components on vehicles, plants and equipment.
  • Housekeeping.
  • SHEQ.
  • General duties.

Knowledge

  • Technical courses on workshop procedures are desirable but not an essential requirement.
  • Basic relevant SHEQ knowledge.

Skills

  • Technical skill (handling of tools etc.).
  • Communication Skill.
  • Strong Observation skills.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12.
  • 2 years of working experience in an automotive repair workshop (Ability to do minor services & repairs).
  • Code C1 driver's license could be an added advantage.
