What You'll Have Done Before
Baseline:
- NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) with Mathematics & Science
- 2 years in Fuels Outbound Planning
- Knowledge of Transport/Operations/Fuels Distribution.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
- SAP and SAP CRM Skills

- Collaborate with various stakeholders [internal and external] to ensure that accurate data is timeously recorded.
- Provide support to key stakeholders and contribute to the delivery enquiry of Sales plans Maintaining and updating Customer Master database
- Offer support to Customers and Depot`s
What You'll Be Doing
Planning and Scheduling Management
- Provide support to ensure the smooth delivery of business operations through registering customers requirements, amend orders, process amendments and evaluates the desirability for scheduling changes.
- Coordinate long distance deliveries and gather daily dip readings.
Data Accuracy
- Maintain Customer-related data to ensure accurate planning.
- Manage, monitor and provide support on systems and tools
Customer and Service Provider Interface
- Liaise and interact with all key stakeholders, customers, service providers/ contractors by following up on business processes & deliverables and providing feedback to resolve/support to ensure that deadlines are adhered to as per agreed SLA's.
- Handle all queries (internal and external) including troubleshooting with mitigative steps taken with continuous focus on customer centricity.
