An exciting opportunity exists for a Packaging Stores Clerk at NATIONAL BRANDS LIMITED Isando Coffee and Creamer. The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring incoming material from suppliers to the factory is received accurately, quality and quantities checked and reconciled with supplier delivery notes/ Stock transfer orders.

Accurately capture stock items and quantities as per the supplier delivery note/stock transfer orders. To physically reject and inspect materials/RTP and quantities returned to the supplier store/RMS and reconcile them with NCR and returns notebooks.

Job Specification:

Key Performance Areas:

• Communication with Logistics Buyers
• Accuracy of information captured in SAP
• Inspection of Incoming raw materials deliveries.
• Inspection of outgoing materials upliftment.
• Ensure all material receipts and returns to supplier are accurately captured in SAP in real-time
• To assist with physical stock counts and investigate, trace and resolve inconsistent material movements (receiving and returning to supplier) to improve inventory accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• At least 1 year of production experience within the FMCG as a general worker/forklift driver
• 1 years experience as a Stores Clerk

Qualifications:

• Matric/Grade 12
• Forklift license
• Short course in Inventory Management (advantageous)

Additional Requirements:

• SAP experience
• Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
