The main purpose of this position is to Provide support to the internal sales administrators & customers
Duties and responsibilities
- Control and update the Quality Management Systems
- Assist customers with price, availability of stock and inquiries
- Distribute of weekly reports to internal sales administrators.
- Maintain department’s correspondence, filing system and general inquiries
- Customer orientated
- Manage of past sales activities (Claims, returns/GRN, complaints) including the implementation of corrective actions
- Monitor and report on the departments KPI’s.
- Report on MTD sales
- Daily invoicing.
- Process of credit note authorizations.
- Invoice and distribution of weekly reports & account queries.
- Maintain Department’s correspondence, filing system & general queries

Qualifications and Experience
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, including formal communications and making presentations.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- A sense of urgency with a strong customer service orientation.
- Hard working, resourceful, ambitious and have excellent business acumen.
- Professional & friendly telephone mannerism & message capturing
- Ability to work in a team

Working Conditions
- Office based.
- Is subject to work beyond normal working hours, evenings, weekends and holidays should the need arise.
