The main purpose of this position is to Provide support to the internal sales administrators & customers

Duties and responsibilities

  • Control and update the Quality Management Systems
  • Assist customers with price, availability of stock and inquiries
  • Distribute of weekly reports to internal sales administrators.
  • Maintain department’s correspondence, filing system and general inquiries
  • Customer orientated
  • Manage of past sales activities (Claims, returns/GRN, complaints) including the implementation of corrective actions
  • Monitor and report on the departments KPI’s.
  • Report on MTD sales
  • Daily invoicing.
  • Process of credit note authorizations.
  • Invoice and distribution of weekly reports & account queries.
  • Maintain Department’s correspondence, filing system & general queries

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, including formal communications and making presentations.
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • A sense of urgency with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Hard working, resourceful, ambitious and have excellent business acumen.
  • Professional & friendly telephone mannerism & message capturing
  • Ability to work in a team

Working Conditions

  • Office based.
  • Is subject to work beyond normal working hours, evenings, weekends and holidays should the need arise.
