PURPOSE:
To maintain asset register databases within Asset Management Section.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain asset register for existing asset register. Maintain database for new asset additions and de-recognition.
- Capture asset data into data templates. Analyse assert register data. Perform data corrections on databases.
- Compile reports from the data. Retrieve required documents from files as required by the Auditors. File asset documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience:
- National Diploma in Information Technology.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Database design, data capture and warehousing, database administration and data analytics.
- Valid Driver’s Licence
