Key Performance Areas: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regular maintenance of the pool and surrounding area. Enforce pool rules and pro-actively prevent any incidents. Daily interaction with guests. Ensure equipment and chemicals are securely stored at the end of shift.
 
Position Requirements:
  • First Aid Level 1
  • Matric
  • Previous experience would be an advantage.
  • Ability to deal with guests professionally and courteously.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Code B driver’s licence.
  • Must have above-average swimming skills.
 
Person Requirements:
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills
  • Prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, possible late evenings, and call outs.
  • Live nearby the resort as no accommodation is provided.
