Duties:
- The incumbent will plan, organize and administer the work of statutory and management committees.
- He/she will compile agendas, write reports and minutes, compile and maintain decision and resolution registers, keep records, plan and compile the University’s annual academic calendar and schedule of meetings and perform related responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree with English as a subject and three (3) years relevant experience or a three (3) year National Diploma with English as a subject and four (4) years relevant experience.
- The successful candidate must be highly computer literate, detail-oriented and have a high level of English proficiency, in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in the field, excellent verbal and writing skills, good listening skills and ability to prioritize, work independently and under pressure.
