CCTV Operator - RCL Foods

RCL FOODS is seeking a CCTV Operator to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in our Pretoria Bakery in Pretoria West and will report to the Senior Risk Control Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all CCTV Cameras are fully operational and monitored at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines and systems continue to run smoothly.
• Handling of the Control Room equipment.
• Update the incident register daily and report to the Senior Risk Control Officer.
• Able to exercise and maintain discipline at all times.
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained in the Control Room.
• Identify faulty cameras and log calls for maintenance when required.
• Download and save important occurrences on the server, on request.
• Assist in analysing downloaded CCTVs during investigations.
• Perform routine facility inspections.
• Perform Incident Investigations.

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in the Security Industry and Control Room.
• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Grade A PSIRA (registered and accredited).
• Craig Donald's training will be advantageous or any equivalent competencies.
• Computer Literacy in MS Office and CCTV.
• Report writing skills.
• Work independently and within a team.
• Must be reliable and trustworthy.
• CCTV Analytical Skills.
