Key Performance Areas

  •  Daily processing of creditors' invoices
  •  Monthly preparation of creditors reconciliations
  •  Monthly expense accruals and provisions
  •  Resolving queries about pricing and quantity discrepancies
  •  Monthly creditors statistics –outstanding liability and ageing
  •  Create monthly supplier payment groups on JDE
  •  Filing and housekeeping
  •  Preparation of annual creditors accrual schedule

Qualification and Experience

  •  National Diploma in Finance /studying towards a Diploma in Finance
  •  3 years in automotive or related manufacturing industries
  •  Previous creditor's experience is necessary
  •  JDE
  •  MS Office i.e. Excel
