Responsibilities:
- Installation of new Desktops, Notebooks, Printers, Operating Systems and Hardware
- Maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrading of computer hardware, software, networks, and peripheral equipment
- Office 365 Business - Setup and maintain user accounts, Provision new licenses, SharePoint knowledge essential
- Setup of FTTB, FTTH, LTE and general home and business internet
- VOIP services - setup and maintain cloud based and on premises VOIP systems
- Maintain and support hosted MS Servers (VPS)
The ideal candidate must:
- Have a minimum of 1 years working experience in the I.T. field
- Be good at problem-solving, diagnosing and troubleshooting skills
- Be able to work Standby (be on call) over alternating weekends
- Be hands-on, with the ability to multi-task and handle pressure
- Be a well-groomed, punctual and approachable individual with excellent people skills
- Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Be able to work alone or with minimal supervision
- Have good time management skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Have good communication and customer service skills
