- People Management - Payroll
- ICT- (Digital Solutions Centre, web Methods, Digital Solutions Centre, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Solutions Centre
- Legal Risk & Compliance (Safety and Environment, ERM)
- Corporate Services
(Business Planning & Performance Monitoring)
- Corporate Affairs
- Corporate Services- Strategy
- Finance: Financial Accounting
- Finance: Fixed Assets

The Young Professional in Training is a structured 24-month training programme. The programme seeks to place Young Professional in specific areas within TPT according to their academic background, career aspirations and business requirements
Position outputs:
- Follow a structure training programme
- Undergo performance reviews and assessments every 6 (six) months
- Submit monthly reports
- Perform all duties as contained in his/her development programme, as well as which he/she may reasonably be required to perform by Transnet Port Terminals
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc-Information Technology/ Computer Science
- Bcom-Business Information Systems
- BSc-Hnrs/ MSc - Computers Science/ IT, AI/ML Research
- Degree Risk/Project Risk Management
- Degree in Safety Management or Environmental Management or Quality Management
- Degree Risk/Project Risk Management
- Degree in Safety Management or Environmental Management or Quality Management
- BCom / Bachelor of Business Science, BSc (Mathematics, Statistics or Economic/ Economometrics)
- IT systems developer or 2. IT Systems designer qualification.
- Any Commercial Qualification with Economics , Finance, Accounting, Economic Research, Strategy or project management
- Btech/HR Diploma
- Bcom Accounting (NQF7)
- B-degree SCM/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics
