Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are currently seeking an Admin Clerk to join our dynamic team at Rola Ford Bredasdorp. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional administrative support. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support
  • Maintain accurate records of our vehicle inventory
  • Vehicle invoicing & general administration
  • Update and maintain electronic and physical records of vehicle details
  • Monitor and track vehicle movements, including deliveries
  • Issue orders on receipt of order requests for Creditor services/ purchases
  • Capture Creditor Invoices
  • Capture and allocated Creditor payments
  • Creditor recons
  • Daily Update of Debtors Receipts
  • Allocation of Debtors receipts
  • Weekly follow up on outstanding debtor accounts
  • Debtor Ageing and issuing of statements at month end

Salary structure:

  • Basic monthly salary
  • Provident fund & Medical aid benefits

Minimum Requirements

  • Min Grade 12
  • Motor Industry experience advantageous
  • Basic Computer skills (Office / Excel)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail, exceptional administrative abilities
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
  • Strong numerical ability and financial interest
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Team Player
