Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, friendly customer service officer with professional work ethic. The successful candidate will join the online shop’s dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Receive telephone calls.
- Handle queries via e-mail and telephonically.
- Handle personal shopper functions and errands.
- Administer the online shop’s support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.).
- Handle daily administrative tasks in support of the operational team.
Requirements
- A completed National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12).
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous.
- At least two years’ experience in customer services with an e-commerce background would be advantageous.
- An engaging disposition with professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to maintain positive interpersonal relations.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Must be able to work under immense pressure.
- Ability to multitask.
- Neat.
- Team-player attitude.
- Available to work over weekends.
