Purpose of Job
- Answer the switchboard and manage the reception area from 9am to 5pm.
- Welcome and attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
- Frontline Administrator.
Key Responsibilities

Monthly/Daily Tasks
- Ensure reception area is always neat and tidy.
- Answer the switchboard and manage the reception area from 9am to 5pm.
- Deal with incoming clients/suppliers at reception.
- Welcoming and offering refreshments to clients.
- Arrange parking and paid cards for clients.
- Guest Wi-Fi management.
- All other ad hoc tasks.
- Facilities: Check mailboxes, log tickets, refill the stationary room, plant service, handy man tickets.
- Admin: Meeting room bookings, charging of iPads, printing and binding, lunch orders and any other ad hoc task.

- IT-label hardware, log IT tickets.
- Kitchen: Order stock and order water.
- Social calendar E.g. Massages.
- Courier and deliveries.
- Preparations for meetings.
- IT, facilities checks and assist with new joiners when required.
- Admin support substitute for other members of the team.
- Event set ups: Catering, restaurant bookings, team buildings, conferences, and workshops.
- Office Asset register.
- First Aid and Fire Marshall.
- Health and Safety Committee member.
- Liaise with all office suppliers/vendors.
- Liaise with Landlords and maintenance.
- Resolve office issues or facilities issues.
- Assist with projects e.g. office designs and office moves.
- Send all office notices and communication.
- Fresh Faces.

Application Criteria
Grade 12. Receptionist course would be advantageous.
Experience
1 years’ experience. Previous exposure to Financial Services industry would be advantageous.
