Who are you
- Dynamic and highly effective at strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse operations, transport details and customer service solution.
- You provide quality assurance oversite throughout entire logistics process from warehousing to destination including Engen Oil Centers
- You are dependable and analytical logistics manager with background in coordinating 3rd party transportation service
- You are experienced in ensuring timely delivery of shipments Sub Saharan Africa and nationally, looking to increase operational efficiency within agile, cross functional teams
- You are passionate about service excellence
- You are customer focused, highly detail oriented and adaptive to change
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively identify and meet customer needs.
- Deliver product to Customers On Time In Full
- Provide support to our sales colleagues.
- Maintain a positive “Can Do” attitude when faced with challenging circumstances.
- Ensure Compliance to HSEQ and regulations.
- Ensure compliance to Inventory management.
- Lead a high-performance team dedicated to customer service and compliance.
- Meet Primary replenishment to the network.

What you’ll have done before:
Baseline:
- At least 8 years Warehousing | Logistics and Distribution Lubricants related experience with five of these linked to Managing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics | Supply Chain
- Exceptional application of transport cost, freight rates to stay within budget.
- Deep knowledge of logistics management
- Experience working with a dynamic multidiscipline team and supporting sales heads.
- Advantageous:
- Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver business results.
