There is an opportunity for a Claims Administrator to join our Customer Services team based in Pinetown, South Africa. We are looking for someone that is highly collaborative with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, passionate about what they do and has the ability to add value and walk the path of growing our business with us!
About the Role
The Claims Administrator will be responsible to coordinate the end-to-end registering and processing of all claims and returns, in line with the business terms and conditions. This position reports to the Customer Services Team Leader.

What You Will Do

Responsible to ensure all documentation and information is is collected to process claims & returns;

Accurate and timeous processing of approved claims & returns;

Ensure regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on open claims & returns;

Liase with logistics on outstanding collections and ensure timeous processing of returns by the warehouse;

Follow through with finance to ensure the issue of credit;

Timeous preparation and analysis of required reports and trackers;

Work cross-functionally within the team as the need arises;

Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Who You Are

Must have matric. Preferably with a Diploma or Degree in Customer Services, Supply Chain or Business Administration;

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reverse logistics in a similar role as Customer Services Representative or Administrator preferably within Medical Device a or FMCG industry;

Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in - Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SAP and AP1 Software;

Must be a team player and able to work under pressure, with strong prioritizing and decision making skills;

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) and be fluent in English;

Must have the ability to drive performance, processes, and solutions forward.
