Duties and responsibilities:
- Overall administration in academic environment.
- Administration of ad hoc claims.
- Student registrations (Senior and FET phases +PGCE).
- Processing of marks (Senior and FET phases + PGCE).
- Academic advice to prospective and current Senior and FET phases + PGCE education students.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the programme coordinators.
- Any other responsibilities delegated by the Assistant Dean.
Inherent Job requirements:
- Grade 12 or National Certificate on NQF level 4.
- A minimum of one (1) year’s relevant working experience related to the duties and responsibilities.
Recommendation:
- A Bachelor ‘s degree on NQF level 7 or a three (3) year National Diploma on NQF level 6.
- Knowledge and experience in UFS system, guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Understanding and ability to manage relationships with staff and leadership within the faculty.

Salary:
The annual remuneration package, including benefits, is R 211 391.43 – R 354 408.50 per annum, depending on the budget available for the position, relevant work experience and qualifications.
