- 5 years in Retail Branding and Communications

What You Will Be Doing
RETAIL COMMUNICATION STRATEGY & CONTENT MANAGEMENT
- Develop, manage and implement Retail digital and communications content strategy/processes to effectively communicate retail initiatives to all stakeholders
- Maintain IT communication and information platforms (izone and Dealer Zone) to deliver value-add information to Dealer network & company staff
COMMUNICATION CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
- Manage and implement Retail communication campaigns to enhance advertising and marketing initiatives
- Ensure alignment with other stakeholder groups by providing business insights, analytics and trends
- Build sustainable relationships with all key stakeholders to enhance brand-advertising interventions, Public Relations and Media Liaison and align with group communication governance and protocol
COMMUNICATION DATA MANAGEMENT & EFFECTIVENESS
- Manage all marketing and advertising consumer data harvesting, mining & data analytics and reporting
- Manage and coordinate consumer data storage within legislative requirements
- Track effectiveness of internal & external communications by implementing and managing Customer NPS for internal commutations and PR communications ROI analytics for external communications
BRAND COMMUNICATION STANDARDS & PLANS
- Develop, maintain and manage Retail Brand communication standards at the forecourt and drive a communications framework project to clarify communication and messaging and monitor progress through the development of an annual communications plan and manage budget expenditure against plan
- Manage and implement all management presentation content relating to management communication and marketing roadshows
COMPETITOR BRAND COMMUNICATION ANALYSIS
- Analyse and assess competitor brand communication activities to ensure Engen remains current and relevant in its communications initiative's delivery

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
- Align communication planning and execution with Engen Corporate Strategy and Communication and other operating divisions with regular and timely input into the overarching Engen Integrated Communication Calendar
- Align with stakeholders to maximise overall investment and enhance the synergised exposure of the Engen brand
PR & COMMUNICATION AGENCY MANAGEMENT
- Manage PR, Content and Communication Agencies in the development and leverage of marketing and advertising communication content
