DHL Express Graduate Development Programme 2023

DHL Express South Africa is proud to introduce the Graduate Development Programme to be offered to recently graduated students as well as unemployed graduates who wish to grow their careers and gain excellent skills, knowledge and experience within the express courier business.

The Graduate Development Programme places successful candidates on a rotational development plan within the various divisions of the Sun Sahara Africa Express business and provides a combination of structured learning and workplace experience.

Graduates will be given a 12 to 24 months contract. At the end of the contract, graduates who meet DHL’s recruitment requirements and apply for an available vacancy may be placed in a permanent position.
