Duties and Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with and assist students with enquiries.
- Provide Lecturer support and student administration.
- Conduct routine tasks such as filing, procurement of stationary and up to date record keeping.
- Perform general clerical duties including customer service, word processing, data entries and organizing related work.
- Maintain Records and operate equipment including printers, copiers, telephones, and computers.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
- Post-matric qualification in office management /office assistant/ management assistant
- Experience working in the Educator Sector
- Driver's license
- Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

Minimum Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12/NCV Level 4/Equivalent
- English and one other official language
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- 1-2 years finance/SCM experience and administration experience
