What you will be doing:
- Provide support to the Quality Assurance Department with quality and food safety requirements.
- System/Process understanding, management support, and training of staff
- Working with Traceability and document control systems.
- Compiling reports after assisting with factory/production improvements, trials and projects.
- Assist with Quality evaluations on line to verify if the product/raw material conforms to specification
- Assist with Quality evaluations on final product to verify if the product conforms to specification
What you will need to be considered:
Qualifications:
- A B.Tech in Food Technology
- Have a minimum average of 70% in your final year of studies
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel between sites
- Must be willing to work across shifts-ad hoc basis
- Ability to work in a food processing environment and be hands on when required
