PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Act as a receptionist and switchboard operator for visitors to Central Office, Employees and Pepclo Management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling of visitors
- Switchboard operator
- Housekeeping of reception area
- General Duties
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- 2 years as a switchboard operator and/or receptionist
- Computer literacy
- Interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- African language will be an advantage
