Position outputs:
- As a Young Professional In Training, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning
- experiences, attending meetings and workshops within the ICT department.
- He or she will be trained, guided, mentored and developed under the supervision of an experienced Manager or Specialist for a 24 months period in areas such as:

- Software Development
- ICT Project Management
- Business Intelligence
- End User Support
- ICT Security, Risk and Governance.
- Job shadowing and providing operational support aligned with specific development goals.
- Attend training and development programmes as and when assigned linked to Individual Development Plan

Qualifications & Experience:
- A 3-year Diploma or a B -Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering
Competencies:
- Interest/passion in software development
- Understanding of software development life cycles
- Understanding of agile methodologies
- Programming languages
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of business intelligence reporting
