The position requires a person who at times would be working independently, responsible for executive office management, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties.
It requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts. Knowledge of the University and departmental policies and procedures are required.

REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Relevant one-year diploma in Public Relations/Communications OR Administration would be an added advantage
- 5 years relevant experience in Secretarial or Administrative assistant post at Higher Education Sector level
- Advanced MS Office skills
- ITS knowledge will be an added advantage
