To provide efficient and effective administrative and office support service to the Information Systems function, in the Human Resources Department at Zuikerbosch Water Treatment Plant
Primary Duties
- Render overall office administrative support service to the Information Systems Support Section
- Capture HR related data on SAP
- Process retirements, promotions, transfers, terminations, and new engagements
- Leave administration and processing
- Control and submission of timesheets
- Maintain and update filing system
- Follow – up and resolve pay related queries
- Ensure that all services to HR clients are expedited timeously and efficiently
- General communication

Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- A National Diploma / Degree in HR management will serve as an advantage
- 2 years of administrative working experience in HR Information Systems
- Computer literate in MS Office and SAP HR
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass Rand Water k53 test
Knowledge
- Information Systems of HR Office administration
- Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
- SAP HR
